My first revisited topic :-)

This is a topic that came up in an  earlier post LINK  and is subsequently being "revisited"

Right, thats the formalities out the way, on with the post..........

I did wonder when  if I would ever get round to revisiting some of the things in my revisit list........

Blimey, that made me jump, it must be now then, now must be the time for revisiting,  I don't know, creeping up on me like that, bad post naughty post in your bed........... or not, posts don't have beds do they, actually they do, a fence post (for example) would/could be “bedded” into a semi wet concrete mix in order to keep it fixed in place and provide a stable base to secure a fence to..... where was I, that's it, revisiting, it was going to be yesterday (when I planned to do my first revisit post) but I got sidetracked, that does seem to happen, a lot actually, probably far too much but hey ho such is life.

When I said hey ho I wasnt saying hello to someone that earns their money by, I better stop now hadn't I......

Inappropriate titles

Initially, when I first mentioned them I was referring to to strange descriptions for situations, e.g. "driving rain" (its not good for driving in, as mentioned in my initial post) there are countless similar descriptions too but I wont cover them now, nor will I revisit them, thats the rule of a revisited topic, you dont revisit it again (although in saying that the rules are what I say they are, its MY blog lol) so that rule may change.

Then you get things like toothpaste (do you clean just the one tooth), hot water heaters (why would you heat hot water) again there are many many more but usual not revisiting a revisit rules apply.

Since my initial post I have given more thought to inappropriate titles and I remembered a list of websites I stumbled across many moons back (and now need to find lol) in which the URL (get me being all technical lol) doesn't necessarily portray the business/organisation in the light which they were no doubt intended, by the way, its been a long time since I checked any of the links (many I have never checked) and I have no intention of becoming all obsessive about it now and clicking on every single link to see if they work, I will leave that to you the reader :-)

An eclectic mix, not an electric mix, that would imply that they were purely related to things of an electrickery nature, which they aren't, clearly, clearly would imply they are related to glass, which again they are not, I should move on shouldn't I (yes you should) ok I will, I'm doing it now.....

Its not just websites that can have them (inappropriate titles) books can too, I'm sure (in fact I know) that many many books have titles that just dont quite "fit" but  this LINK shows 15 children's books that have titles that are, ummm, well, inappropriate I guess is the best word.............

There is so much more that could be covered in a post like this but it wont be, I'm bored now, as no doubt are you if you have read to the end, the end.
